Billing
Pay an invoice,
or put credit on account.
Settling an invoice? Pay it below and include your invoice number so it matches automatically. Starting an engagement? Pay any amount and it's held as credit on your account — every invoice I raise draws that credit down until it's used up, and only the remainder is ever due.
Pay now by card or bank debit
Stripe's secure checkout, settled on the spot. You choose the amount, so the same link covers a deposit, a milestone or a full invoice. Choosing bank debit at checkout authorises a one-off pull from your account and caps my processing fee at $5 — cheaper than card on anything sizeable, and nothing for you to key in at your bank.

Credit is held in dollars, not in points or units — $1 paid is $1 of credit. There's nothing to redeem and nothing that expires. It appears on your invoice and your card receipt as a single line, Advisory credit, so your finance team sees the same wording either way.
When I invoice you, your balance is applied to that invoice automatically and only the shortfall is payable. Every invoice shows the credit applied and what's left, so the running balance is always on paper. If we part ways with credit unused, it's refunded — it's your money on deposit, not a store voucher.
Email billing@nsqrai.com with your invoice number and I'll respond within one business day.
Payment terms, scope and any agreed milestones are stated on the invoice itself. If something doesn't match what we discussed, tell me before paying — it's far easier to correct an invoice than to reverse a payment.
